As part of our commitment to listening to your feedback and investing in ways to make your life easier, we are delighted to launch our brand new mortgage platform.

Additional features based on real broker feedback 

Simplifying the process from decision in principle to full mortgage application, the platform not only offers improvements to standard processes like case tracking and document upload but includes additional features to add value to both you and your clients. 

What to expect: 

  • A refined process from DIP to full mortgage application 
  • Effortless document upload and easy case progress tracking 
  • Freedom to work in a way that suits you, with the option to navigate between application sections as you talk with your client 
  • Ability to edit existing applications without the need to clone or duplicate work 
  • Option to add your client's solicitor details during application, with direct integration with our conveyancing panel manager 
  • Ability to capture your client’s additional support requirements, ensuring they receive the support they need, in a way that suits them 

And don't worry; our team of underwriters are still here to support you. We've freed them up so they can focus on what they do best — providing expert support and a commonsense approach to your complex cases. 

What’s next? 

From today (Monday 3 June), all new DIPs and applications are required to be submitted via the new platform, accessed with your existing login details.
